What this service is
Social media management is the day-to-day work of a business account on Instagram and Facebook: what is published, when it goes out, how it looks, and how replies are handled. It is not paid advertising. Ads are a separate service. This is the regular presence of the business, in the place people see you even when they are not looking at an ad.
An account that stays quiet for weeks makes a business look closed, even when the shop or the clinic is open. An account that posts with no link to the real service confuses people. Our work is to keep the account clear: what you offer, who it is for, and how someone reaches you.
We work from Tirana, at Rruga Tish Daija. We serve businesses in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and anywhere Albanian is spoken. Global Marketing AL was founded in October 2025.
What the staff does
Our staff does the management. That means three concrete things: the plan, the posts, and the replies. First we prepare a plan for what will be published, based on what you sell and on what you do not want said in public. Then the staff writes and publishes the posts. When someone comments or sends a message, a person on our staff replies. It is not a bot left unsupervised.
You give us the facts: what you sell, prices if you want them shown, opening hours, the photos you have, and the promises that must not be made. We do not invent offers. If you have not given us a fact, we do not publish it as if it were certain. When something needs approval before it goes out, we wait.
You can see our own agency work on the Global Marketing AL Instagram. Ads we run for businesses, when that is the job, are on our ads account. Those are two different things: managing your page, and paid campaigns.
Who it is for
It is for businesses that want a person, not an automation, on Instagram and Facebook. Clinics, local services, shops, and companies that sell something concrete and want the page to match the real work.
The amount of work is not the same for every business. Some need a calm rhythm and regular replies. Others publish more often because the offer changes every week. How many posts and how replies are covered is written in the quote, after we understand the account. There is no price on this page.
What is included
Inside management, the staff covers the page. Paid ads are not added automatically.

- Writing and publishing of posts by our staff

- A look that matches your website, when you have one
- A request for approval when a topic is sensitive or new
- A move into ads only if you ask for that as its own service
How an engagement works
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a written quote. Then the staff starts the work.
01
The conversation
Tell us what you sell, who follows you today, and what must not be promised. Phone and WhatsApp are 068 481 1116. We are open 24 hours.
02
The quote
We write down what the staff will hold: the plan, the posts, and the replies. The price is not on this page. Request a quote.
03
Access
You give us the access we need and the material you have. Without that, we do not publish in your name.
04
The staff’s work
The staff plans, posts, and replies. You remain the decision on the business offers. We keep the page in order.
Common questions
Does your staff do this, or a program that posts alone?
Our staff at Global Marketing AL does it. The plan, the posts, and the replies go through our people. We do not sell this service as a tool left without a person.
Do you only manage Instagram?
We manage Instagram and Facebook. TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads sit under advertising, if you need paid campaigns.
Is there a fixed price on the page?
No. Every engagement is request a quote. The quote comes after we see how much work the account needs and what you expect from the staff.
Do you only work with businesses in Tirana?
We are in Tirana, at Rruga Tish Daija, Tiranë 1001. We work for Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and anywhere Albanian is spoken.
If you want our staff to hold the page, request a quote and choose social media management on the form.
